Become a Sponsor
Sponsorship gives you a unique opportunity to develop a very special bond with a child on the other side of the world and get an insight into their culture and family life. It also gives them the chance to get the best education and lets them know that someone really cares about them. As a sponsor you can write to your sponsored child and receive letters back, as well as updates on their progress, photos and school reports. Each Sponsor pays £75 per year and each child is allocated four sponsors. Of the £75 100% goes to children in Kenya. 25% of your contribution as a sponsor is allocated to helping the next child start school. 75% of their sponsorship for that year goes towards paying for your sponsored child’s:
-School fees
-Exam Fees
-Uniform and PE Kit
-School Shoes
-School Bag
-Books
-School Lunch
-Vaccinations
-Mosquito Nets

You can also become a ‘Supporter’. Supporters create and support an eventualities fund which is raised before we take on any new child, and is dedicated to securing their education and emergency healthcare for years to come. Being a supporter allows us to take on new children and help more and more children, as well as ensuring the help we give them is long term and reliable.

Your donations make a huge difference. Just £1 in the area we work in will pay for 3 days worth of healthy school meals for a child. £5 pays for life saving mosquito nets to protect a child under 5 years old from deadly malaria. £10 pays for up to 6 weeks worth of school fees to help a child achieve their dreams and shape their own future. Every penny you can donate will make a huge difference.

Donating to Milele is easy. Simply text “FUND22” followed by the amount you would like to donate £1, £2, £3, £4, £5 or £10 to 70070 now. 100% of the money from this message goes directly to Milele to help send more children to school in Kenya.
